High-quality professional photography & AI images

Is it worth investing in quality images?
The wrong product photo is the sale that never happens. Before a client reads a single word, they've already decided something about you.
As a photographer and creative director, I know a photo works not because of technique, but because of what it says: light, composition, context, consistency with what the brand wants to communicate.
Today I combine traditional photography and video with AI production, for cases where conventional production would be disproportionate in budget or logistics.
These aren't competing technologies: they're different tools for different goals, and they can be mixed.
When it makes sense to start here:
You're building or updating your site and want quality visuals
Your social media looks visually inconsistent or disorganised
You need video for social, website, or for a specific campaign
You want to refresh your brand image with a complementary brand photography project
You want visuals that fit into a coherent system, that build a language of their own, not isolated photos and videos
How I work
Phase 1: Brief and Look & Feel Definition
Before taking a photo or generating an image, I need to understand what you want to communicate, to whom, and in what context it will be used. The visual brief determines everything: style, light, context, subjects.
Phase 2: Production
Depending on the project, one of these three approaches, or a combination:
Photo session: on location or in studio
Video & motion graphics: life and movement for your ideas
AI-assisted: image generation from text prompts
Blended: real photos enhanced or varied with AI
Phase 3: Delivery and System
Beyond the final images, I leave you with a practical guide to keep things consistent over time: what works, what doesn't. Your team will know how to carry it forward day to day.
Four approaches, one standard of quality
Choosing between the four isn't about quality.
It's about understanding what you need, when, and how much to invest to get it.

Ugly images are not neutral.
A mediocre image tells your audience that you don't care. And that perception carries over to everything you offer.
That said, there's no such thing as absolute beauty: there's the right style for what you want to communicate. A cheap restaurant and a luxury hotel cannot look the same, and that's a lever worth using.
I analyse your audience, your context and your goals. If a photo is what's needed, we shoot it. If a 30-second reel is what's needed, we make that. If AI is the right choice for that specific case, we use it.
I choose the most effective tool for you, not the prettiest one to list.

Do you think AI made photos and Videos Obsolete?
It depends: for certain uses, yes. For others, less so.
A team portrait, a product in a real context, an authentic atmosphere, the naturalness of the real thing: that can't be AI. People are still very good at spotting what's fake and what isn't. Even unconsciously.
The point isn't choosing a tool on principle. It's knowing which tool serves which purpose. That's exactly the work I do.

"I've photographed products, teams and spaces for companies in Italy and abroad for the past 15 years. Every session starts with the same question: what should the client feel when they see this image? Can we recreate that with AI?"
